Terms of Service

Article 1 (Scope of These Terms)

These Terms of Service govern the use of all services provided by “Grow-up Farm” (hereinafter referred to as “the Site”) by members as defined in the following article (hereinafter referred to as “Members”).

The Company may revise (including modify, add, or delete) these Terms by notifying customers through appropriate means such as posting on the Site or email, and such changes will take effect after a reasonable period (at least one month) specified at the time of notification.

Article 2 (Members)

A Member refers to an individual residing in Japan who has agreed to these Terms and completed the prescribed registration process. “Member Information” refers to personal information disclosed by the Member, such as profile and transaction history. These Terms apply to all Members and must be observed during and after registration.

Article 3 (Registration)

Registration refers to the process of entering personal details such as name and address via the form designated by the Company to use the Site. The registration must be completed by the individual who wishes to become a Member; registration by proxy is not permitted. Even after registration, the Company may refuse membership if the applicant has previously had membership revoked or is otherwise deemed unsuitable.

Article 4 (Management of Member ID and Password)

Members are fully responsible for managing and using their registered Member ID (email address) and password. Member IDs and passwords may only be used by the Member themselves and must not be transferred or lent to any third party. Any actions made using the registered Member ID and password will be considered as those of the Member, who will bear all resulting responsibilities, including payments.

Article 5 (Changes to Registered Information and Withdrawal)

If there are any changes to the Member’s registered information such as name or address, the Member must promptly notify the Company using the procedure specified by the Site. The Company assumes no responsibility for any damages resulting from failure to update this information. If a Member wishes to withdraw, the Member must complete the prescribed withdrawal procedure personally. Withdrawal becomes effective once the process is completed.

Article 6 (Loss of Membership and Liability for Damages)

If a Member provides false information at the time of registration, fails to fulfill payment obligations for purchases, or if the Company deems the Member inappropriate, the Company may revoke the Member’s membership. In addition, if a Member engages in any of the following actions, they shall be liable for any damages caused to the Company as a result:

(1) Illegally using a Member ID or password.
(2) Tampering with information on the Site or disrupting the Company’s operations through actions such as transmitting harmful programs.
(3) Infringing on the intellectual property rights of products handled by the Company.
(4) Engaging in any other conduct that violates these Terms.

Article 7 (Handling of Member Information)

In principle, the Company will not disclose Member information to other users or third parties without the Member’s prior consent. However, the Company may disclose Member or customer information without consent in the following cases:

(1) When disclosure is required by law.
(2) When disclosure without consent is permitted under the law.

Member information is managed by the Company in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The Company uses Member information to provide beneficial and convenient services such as product recommendations, special promotions, and membership services.

Article 8 (Prohibited Conduct)

Members are prohibited from engaging in the following acts or any acts that may lead to them:

(1) Acts that violate laws or regulations.
(2) Acts contrary to public order or morals.
(3) Acts that interfere with the operation of the Site.
(4) Unauthorized use of a Member ID or password, or allowing a third party to use them.
(5) Acts that harm other Members or third parties (e.g., infringement of intellectual property rights, defamation, or slander).
(6) Any other acts deemed inappropriate by the Company.

Article 9 (Suspension or Interruption of Services)

To maintain stable operation of the Service, the Company may suspend all or part of the Service without prior notice in the following cases:

(1) When system maintenance (regular or emergency) is necessary.
(2) When there is excessive system load.
(3) When operation becomes difficult due to fire, power outage, or interference by third parties.
(4) When the Company otherwise deems it necessary to temporarily suspend the system.

The Company may also, at its discretion, modify or discontinue part or all of the Service without prior notice.

Article 10 (Disclaimer)

The Company shall not be held responsible for any damages incurred by Members due to system interruptions, delays, stoppages, data loss, or unauthorized access caused by communication line or computer failures, or any other issues related to the Service, unless such damages are attributable to the Company’s fault.

Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company’s headquarters shall be the exclusive court of first instance. Both the Company and the Member agree that all services and information provided through this Site shall be governed by the laws of Japan and the ordinances of Osaka Prefecture.

3. If the remaining order total no longer meets the coupon conditions, the refund will be reduced by the coupon value.

Article 7 (Accidents and Other Issues)

If a product purchased using a coupon is delayed, lost, stolen, damaged, or otherwise affected during shipment or after delivery, the Site shall not be held responsible or refund the coupon unless the issue is directly caused by the Site.
