Refund policy
We generally do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, we will accept returns or exchanges only in cases where the product is defective or damaged due to our fault.
Please check the contents of your order immediately upon arrival, and if there are any issues, keep the product and contact us on the same day or by the following day at the latest.
(Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges after three days from the date of delivery.)
If the product is not kept in your possession, we may not be able to process your request.
If you do not wish to exchange for a non-defective replacement, we will issue a refund to your designated bank account regardless of the payment method.
